Have you heard? BeagleFest 2009 is just around the corner!! We can't wait!! It's March 8 at the AZ Humane Society on Dobbins off of 19th Ave and Baseline! Be there - it starts at 11:30am!!!

Now, not all of us Becker beagles will be there...Patch howls the whole time, Tommy is too old and blind, little Portia doesn't really like the crowds and Benny usually ends up doing something naughty!! LOL!! (Remember the gate thing, Jeff?)

 But me, Layla, I will be there!!! I remember very fondly when BeagleFest 2006 was raising money for my chemotherapy treatments and I was in the spotlight!! I am getting a little old for the spotlight nowadays so I will leave it to the Mill Dogs who will be being celebrated this year!! Yay!!!

I love to see all my old friends at BeagleFest!! I sure hope that Bailey and Jordan will be there! And Ruby, Wendy, Riley (Bennett), Curtis, Leo, Tessa, Obiwan, Bart, Iris, Lyric, Shorty Guy, and all the others who have passed through my little life and home!!!!

I will be remembering all the beagles who won't be there anymore 'cause they are living at the Rainbow Bridge...Jerry, Barney, Gordy...we miss you guys!!!

 Well, I have to get some rest - saving all my energy for Sunday!! See you there! Arrooo!!!

My mommie is crazy about scrapbook stickers! Dogs and cats are her favorite. She likes anything with a paw print! I like the ones that have dog dishes with food in it and bones!! Of course, I am a beagle so I will put just about anything in my mouth if it looks good!

We have a new black labrador mix sister that my mom found on the freeway just before Christmas. Daddy named her Cindy after our old black lab, Cinder. Cinder died in June and mom and daddy both miss her alot!
